PLACING ORDERS: Orders can be placed by any of the following methods: on our website, by phone, fax, e-mail or mail. You can download an order application by clicking here
All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before shipping any order. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing for address verification.

BUYING QUANTITY: If you wish to make purchases of products described on Guromed USA, LLC site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to Guromed USA, LLC will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases. There is no minimum quantity for orders; we accept orders of all sizes and quantities. You can contact us by phone or e-mail to receive special pricing for large and bulk orders.

We will email or fax you a copy of your quotation within 48 hours after we receive your complete inquiry. We reserve the right not to participate in the quoting process. We will only accept wire transfer in advance. Customer is responsible for all border duties and fees.

All major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover issued by US financial institutions. Credit card surcharge may be applicable for using your credit card with Guromed USA, LLC. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is processed.

Guromed USA, LLC, accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks only by mail, and only in U.S. Dollars. For checks, money orders or cashier's checks, please allow 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks; however, orders will not ship until we are in receipt of payment.

Wire transfers. There is an additional $30 wire transfer fee charged by the banking institution. Wire transfer orders are processed immediately upon confirmation of receipt of funds in our bank account.

Guromed USA, LLC cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

TERMS OF CREDIT PAYMENTS: Unless otherwise expressly provided on the credit application, payment shall be due 30 days from the date of each invoice, without discount. Any discount which may be expressly provided on the credit application hereof applies only to the sale price of the goods at the shipping point, and does not apply to any charges made for taxes, storage, loading or transportation. A delinquency charge of 1-1/2 percent per month will be added to any amount due and unpaid more than 30 days from the date of the invoice billing such amount. This is an annual percentage rate of 18 percent. In the event you - the purchaser - fail to pay any amount due for any goods sold to you by GUROMED USA, pursuant to these general conditions of sale, you shall pay, in addition to the delinquency charge, any attorney's fees or collection fees we incur in collection of amounts so due. If in our judgment, reasonable doubt exists as to your financial responsibility, or if you are past due in payment of any amount owing to us, we reserve the right, without liability and without prejudice to any other remedies, to suspend performance, decline to ship, or stop any material in transit until we receive payment of all amounts, whether or not due, owing to us, or adequate assurance of such payment SHIPMENT unless otherwise.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The terms set forth herein constitute sole terms and conditions of the contract between the purchaser and the seller. No other warranty, term condition, or understanding, whether oral or written shall be binding upon the purchaser or seller, unless here after made in writing and signed by the seller's authorized representative. This sale of goods and the conditions of sale shall be construed pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas.

SALES TAXES: Guromed USA, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas, unless the customer is tax exempt and provides the required tax exempt information to GUROMED USA,LLC before ordering. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

II.-SHIPPING INFORMATION:

SHIPPING POLICY: GUROMED USA LLC, does not ship on weekends and holidays. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. GUROMED USA, LLC shipping and handling charges, for large orders, are based on total weight or package size, and are calculated as determined by freight carriers servicing GUROMED USA, LLC. There will be a flat rate of $10 in orders less than $60 (without taxes). GUROMED USA, LLC does not guarantee estimated ship times.

Note: Free shipping refers to UPS Ground only if you prefer an expedited delivery additional charges will apply. Free shipping is not available for international orders. Free shipping is available only to the 48 contiguous states: (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all US Territories, APO/FPO and international countries.)

Please make sure that you provide a correct address or you will incur the $5.00 address correction charge from UPS for ground shipments and $10 for expedited shipments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International shoppers are welcome to place orders on our site. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated after order been placed and will contact you with the amount before to do any charge, if we do not receive information form you will be charge your account and your invoice will show your exact charges.

Additional taxes and duty fees upon delivery which you will be held responsible for, other charges may apply for those restricted countries*

Although we encourage insuring all international shipments, we cannot insure shipments to any countries. In the event that your package gets lost in transit, we will try our best to work it to your satisfaction. However, we will not take any responsibility for lost packages that are not insured or approved by our insurance and you will be responsible to place a new order. No refunds will be granted if your order gets lost and/or your insurance claim is denied.

Orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process. The customer is responsible for all tax, custom charges and wire transfer fees. If you refuse the package at customs or you fail to pick up your shipment from the post office and it is returned to us, you will not be refunded for shipping and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. CANCELLING ORDERS: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. A $10.00 fee will apply for all cancelled orders.

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: We check and guarantee that all our products are of the highest quality at the time of shipment. Please notify GUROMED USA within 24 hours of receiving your shipment if your order arrived damaged. Defective or damaged items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. GUROMED USA will send a UPS Call Tag to pick up the defective product. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and send you a replacement. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise. Misuse or misapplication of items is beyond our control and will void any warranty, expressed or implied. If your product is malfunctioning you must contact us within 10 days of delivery.

We do not refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part when shipping your order. If your return is the result of our error GUROMED USA will cover the shipping charges for your returned product.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Within 15 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange most items for a credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing your return once we receive it and please note that it may take up to 14 days to complete the entire return/refund process.

After 16 days, we will not accept returns, but we will exchange or repair any defective products that are still under warranty.

WARRANTY: All our products have 2 years warranty. New items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. The term of warranty on refurbished items is as noted on the invoice, starting from the date of original invoice. GUROMED USA reserves the right to repair or replace warranted items and is strictly at our sole discretion. The customer is responsible for freight or shipping charges for sending warranty items back to GUROMED USA.

Repairs and replacements because of misuse or mishandling, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, freight damage, or tampering or altering of equipment and physical wear and tear
Products which are not installed, used, and properly cleaned as required in the "Installation" or "Operation" manual for the applicable product
Accessories or parts not manufactured by said product manufacturer.
Charges by anyone for adjustments, repairs, replacement parts, installation, or other work performed upon or in connection with such products which are not expressly authorized in writing in advance by manufacturer.
Use of equipment for which it was not intended
Equipment that has not been properly maintained
User error
Warranty is VOID if warranty sticker has been tampered with or missing

We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to website errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuations, added options and accessories, and typographic or photographic errors in advertisements or product descriptions. Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notification.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Once the order is processed, we do not retain your credit card information.

If you have set up a password protected account with GUROMED USA, LLC, please do not disclose this password to anyone. Also, remember to close your browser window when your transaction is complete as this will keep your account safe if you use your computer in a public place like an office or library. GUROMED USA, LLC can not be held responsible if you disclose your account password to other individuals.

FRAUD PROTECTION: Guromed USA, LLC has designed its online store to give you options concerning the privacy of your credit card information, name, address, e-mail and any other information you provide us. Guromed USA, LLC is committed to data security with respect to information collected on our site. For protection of our Customers, we ship only to the verified billing address or authorized shipping address registered with the Customer's credit card issuer. Authorized shipping address can be obtained upon contact of the credit card issuer. Credit cart issuer registers alternative (shipping) address upon customer's authorization in addition to existing billing address for internet deliveries. Please call if you have any questions.
